I enjoy focusing my practice on proactive legal steps to help clients avoid expense and inconvenience and provide peace of mind about the future.
What's one piece of insight you wish all families knew?
An estate plan need not be complicated. The important thing is to have a plan in place that addresses individual needs and concerns, whether that is simply avoiding the expense, time and publicity of probate or providing a structure to transfer and protect assets for loved ones.
