What inspired you to get into this line of work?
I've provided care for people in my life. I understand the juggle that stresses you and the financial situations that feel like will break you. I've developed a deep knowledge of the financial solutions that exist out there that families can use to pay for elder care. I mapped out the tools, found the resources, and partnered with the organizations. I've studied caregiving. I did my dissertation on the realities of care, especially for women.
What's one piece of insight you wish all families knew?
There are lots of solutions out there, but you're going to spend countless hours hunting them down yourself. I can connect the dots for you in a fraction of the time.
What excites you most about working with Addio families?
